General Rules for Return Merchandise

You will have up to 90 days upon receipt of item to return the product back to us as long as it is still in brand new(our new products), unused and undamaged condition. Photo documentations that show the condition of the item will also be required.

a). Item arrived damaged: Should the item be damaged during transit, you must report the issue within 3 business days upon receiving your shipment. Ensure to keep the item(s) and all packaging materials as the carrier will require documentations of this.

b). Received incorrect or defective item: Should you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise, ensure to contact us within 3 business days upon receiving your shipment. If you prefer a refund, We will provide you a prepaid return label for you to send the item back as long as the product is deemed to be incorrect or faulty. If you want to do an exchange, We will cover both way shipping (provide you a prepaid return label and a label to ship out the correct item to you) as long as the product is deemed to be incorrect or faulty. The original purchased product will need to be returned back to our warehouse before We ship out the correct item or provides the refund. Please prepare photo documentations that clearly show you have indeed received the incorrect or faulty merchandise. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the items back to us should he or she no longer want the item due to a biased opinion.

c). Item not received: There may be cases where the tracking status on the carrier’s website shows delivery but you have yet to receive it. Please note for cases like this, We will not be held responsible as it is the carrier’s responsibility to successfully deliver the item to you. However, We may assist in trying to get in contact with the carrier by initiating a lost trace and / or claim. Ensure to check your tracking status on the carrier’s website periodically to understand the whereabouts of your shipment. If the tracking status shows delivery but you have not received the item(s), please check around your property, household, and with fellow neighbors.

d). Received tracking but want to cancel: Unfortunately, once you have received your tracking number and you see movement on the carrier’s website, We cannot stop or cancel the order. Extra charges will apply for any refusals, non-deliverable addresses, or unwarranted returns. Please note that original shipping/handling is NOT refundable.

e). Significantly Not as Described: If the product you have received is not as described and you need to return for refund, We will always ask for you to provide photo / video documentations explaining why. The main reason for this is to protect both parties and to avoid inconsistency from occurring. The documentations will assist in understanding how / why / when the problems were formed.


Please kindly note that We may can’t do any refund for damage caused by returns in transit, We will be great appreciated if you pack well & carefully the return merchandise.

Free new replacement for one month, free parts replacement for three months.

We offer a full 3 months warranty on all headlights from date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship and component failures. If a problem arises with the headlights, send them back and we’ll exchange a new one free for one month and replace parts free for 3 months.( currently situation of policy will effective under the circumstance of quality problem of product only, The final interpretation of this policy belongs to CASTBLOCK PARTS ).

Any headlights or parts sent in by the customer that have been damaged by the customer due to mis-use, improper installation, etc. voids the warranty on the part(s). The customer will be charged for any replacement part(s) and service(s) to repair the damage.

The Workmanship Warranty DOES NOT cover normal wear and tear or hazing to the headlight lens.

While we do our best to ensure that there is a 100% perfect seal between the headlight lens and housing, we cannot guarantee that condensation will not develop. Condensation does not only develop due to standing water in the headlight, but even humidity in the air and differences in temperature and air pressure can cause similar issues. Within the 2 months warranty period, we will re-seal the headlights and ensure all rubber caps are in-tact — free of charge.

Before inquiring about warranty for condensation issues, make sure that:
1) All bulb holders (parking lights, turn signal, etc) and their rubber grommets are in-tact and installed correctly on the light
2) All bulb flanges have caps installed snugly and securely over them
3) There are no rips or tears in the bulb caps or grommets of the bulb holders

Light condensation may develop after installation of the lights after a short period of use. This is due to the moisture in the sealant used between the lens and housing. This condensation is absolutely normal and will dissipate over time. This is NOT due to an improper sealing of the headlight. If condensation is a persistent issue, please contact us to have the lights sent back in for re-sealing.
